Aggressive Fitness

Students practice boxing and kickboxing drills using heavy bags and padded targets, and practice grappling with others on mats. Coaches lead strenuous fitness exercises, sometimes using music.

Equally well suited to competitive fighters and beginner athletes age 13 and up. Wear workout clothing. Sparring gear is required after your first few classes.
